The SGA-9189 is a high performance RF amplifier designed for operation in a wide frequency range from DC to 3500 MHz. It features optimal matching at 2 GHz, with TOI = 39 dBm and P1dB=26 dBm. This cost-effective amplifier uses the latest Silicon Germanium Heterostructure Bipolar Transistor (SiGe HBT) process, which has a V BCEO =8V and an f T =25 GHz, making it ideal for applications requiring high linearity, even at moderate biasing levels.
