Description
Electronic Component Model:1CY103 is a DC Switching Regulator manufactured by Maxim. It is a quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch with improved features. The switch has a low on-resistance of 4Ω maximum and guaranteed on-resistance flatness over the signal range of 9Ω maximum. It conducts equally well in either direction and has low charge injection of 10pC maximum. The power consumption is low, measuring at 1.65mW. The switch is designed to withstand electrostatic discharge of 2000V minimum per Method 3015.7. It operates from a single +10V to +30V supply or bipolar ±4.5V to ±20V supplies. The DG441/DG442 are fabricated with a 44V silicon-gate process.
