Description
The SP6136ER1-L is a synchronous step-down switching regulator controller optimized for high efficiency. It is specifically designed for single supply step-down conversion from 5V to 24V. With a fixed 600 KHz frequency and PWM voltage mode architecture, the SP6136ER1-L can drive a pair of external NFETs. It offers protection features such as UVLO, thermal shutdown, output short circuit protection, and overcurrent protection with auto restart. The device also features a PWRGD output and an enable input. Available in a space-saving 16-pin QFN package, the SP6136ER1-L provides excellent thermal performance.
