Description

The MAX707CUA is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit that enhances system reliability and accuracy in µP systems. It combines multiple functions in a single device, reducing component count and complexity. This circuit provides a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions, an independent watchdog output, a 1.25V threshold detector for power-fail warning or low-battery detection, and an active-low manual-reset input. The MAX707CUA is similar to the MAX705/MAX706 models, but it features an active-high reset instead of a watchdog timer.
