Description
Silicon Lab's family of ultra-low-power digital isolators, such as the SI8660BA-B-IS1R, offer several advantages over legacy isolation technologies. These CMOS devices provide substantial data rate, propagation delay, power, size, reliability, and external BOM advantages. The operating parameters of the SI8660BA-B-IS1R remain stable across wide temperature ranges and throughout its service life, making it easy to design with and ensuring highly uniform performance. It also features Schmitt trigger inputs for high noise immunity and only requires VDD bypass capacitors.
