The MRF18060ALSR3 is an RF MOSFET Line that consists of N–Channel Enhancement–Mode Lateral MOSFETs. It is designed for PCN and PCS base station applications with frequencies ranging from 1.8 to 2.0 GHz. This component is suitable for FM, TDMA, CDMA, and multicarrier amplifier applications, including Class AB for PCN–PCS/cellular radio and WLL applications. It is specifically specified for GSM1805 – 1880 MHz.
