Description
The CY7C3751-100AC is a first-in first-out (FIFO) buffer memory that belongs to the electronic component IC Chips family. It is offered in 300-mil and 600-mil wide packages, and with a storage capacity of 1024 words by 9 bits wide. This memory has a dual-ported RAM cell, with high-speed read and write operations that are independent of its depth and width. It is a versatile memory product that can be expanded in width, depth, or both, and is organized such that data can be read in the same sequential order that it was written. The CY7C3751-100AC memory also provides full and empty flags to prevent overrun and underrun. An asynchronous FIFO, it is low-operating powered with ICC equal to 35 mA and is TTL compatible. It is pin-compatible and functionally equivalent to IDT7200, IDT7201, IDT7202, IDT7203, IDT7204, AM7200, AM7201, AM7202, AM7203, and AM7204.
