  • Description

    The 6N137-500E is an optically coupled gate that combines a GaAsP light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photo detector. It features an enable input for strobing the detector and an open collector Schottky clamped transistor as its output. With a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification of up to 15,000 V/µs at Vcm = 1000 V, it ensures maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while maintaining TTL compatibility. The 6N137-500E has AC and DC operational parameters guaranteed from -40 °C to +85 °C, ensuring trouble-free system performance.
