Description
The TL431CZTA is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator used in various electronic applications such as shunt regulators, precision high-current series regulators, and PWM converters with reference. It has two external resistors and provides a specified thermal stability over applicable temperature and VREF of approximately 2.5V and 40V. This device has a typical dynamic output impedance of 0.2Ω and a low output noise voltage with a fast turn-on response. The TL431CZTA is characterized for operation from -40℃ to +125℃, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
