Description
The LTC2415CGN is a 24-bit differential ∆Σ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for low power applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers an integrated oscillator, 2ppm integral non-linearity (INL), and 0.29ppm root mean square (RMS) noise. The ADC utilizes delta-sigma technology and provides single-cycle settling time for multiplexed applications. With a single pin, the LTC2415CGN can be configured to achieve better than 110dB differential mode rejection at 50Hz or 60Hz ±2%. Alternatively, it can be driven by an external oscillator for a user-defined rejection frequency. The LTC2415CGN does not require any external frequency setting components when using the internal oscillator.
