The SPX2954 and SPX2954A are low power voltage regulators suitable for battery-powered applications. They are commonly used in cordless telephones, radio control systems, and portable computers. These regulators offer low quiescent current and low dropout voltage, making them ideal for low-power voltage reference purposes. They have a tight initial tolerance, excellent load and line regulation, and a very low output temperature coefficient.
