The SMV1249-003 is a silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diode designed for low tuning voltage operation in VCOs. It is part of the SMV1247-SMV1255 series and is specifically designed for high volume commercial applications. The varactor diode is characterized for capacitance and resistance over temperature and comes with SPICE models for simulation.
