Description
The SI-8050JD is a dc/dc step-down (buck) converter designed for high-current requirements at high efficiency in industrial and consumer applications. It is suitable for embedded core, memory, or logic supplies, as well as TVs, VCRs, and office or telecommunications equipment. With a constant 125 kHz switching frequency, it offers low EMI noise. The SI-8050JD requires only four external components to provide a regulated 5.0V output at up to 1.5A.
