Description
The Z8673316VSC is an 8-bit CMOS One-Time Programmable (OTP) microcontroller, belonging to Zilogs Z8® single-chip microcontroller family. It features enhanced wake-up circuitry, programmable Watch-Dog Timers, Low Noise EMI options, and easy hardware/software system expansion capability. With four basic address spaces, it supports a wide range of memory configurations and provides easy access to register mapped peripheral and I/O circuits. The Z86E33/733/E34 models have 24 pins, while the Z86E43/743/E44 models have 32 pins of dedicated input and output. These pins can be configured under software control to provide timing, status signals, parallel I/O, and address/data bus for interfacing external memory.
