Description
The TLE6712GF1 is a multifunctional power supply circuit specially designed for automotive applications. It features a programmable step-up voltage (Boost) and a precise 5V fully short-circuit protected output voltage (Buck). The TLE6712GF1 also includes a power-on reset feature, an integrated digital window watchdog for monitoring the connected microcontroller, and a system enable output to indicate microcontroller window watchdog faults. This device is based on Infineon's power technology SPT®, which integrates bipolar and CMOS control circuitry with DMOS power devices on the same monolithic circuitry.
