The AK6420AM-E2 is a non-volatile memory device fabricated using an advanced CMOS EEPROM technology. It is available in three different models: AK6420A, AK6440A, and AK6480A, with memory capacities of 2048bits, 4096bits, and 8192bits respectively. These models operate under a wide voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V and feature a charge up circuit for high voltage generation during write operations.
