Description
The LTC1149CS-3 is a member of the LTC1149 series, which is a family of synchronous stepdown switching regulator controllers. It is designed to maintain high efficiencies at low output currents and operates at switching frequencies up to 250kHz. These controllers drive external complementary power MOSFETs using a constant off-time current-mode architecture.
