Description
The VSP2582 is an analog front end (AFE) component of the Micronas MEGAVISION® IC set. It is designed in a CMOS embedded DRAM technology, offering a low-cost solution without compromising picture quality. This monolithic IC combines all the main functions of a digital feature box.

- Multi-standard color decoder (PAL/NTSC/SECAM)
- Automatic recognition of chroma standard
- RGB-FBL or YUV-H-V input
- ITU656 support (version dependent)
- Letterbox detection
- Noise reduction (temporal noise reduction, field-based temporal noise reduction)
- Horizontal scaling of the 1fH signal
- Flexible digital horizontal scaling of the 2fH signal
