Description
The RA9034Y is a high-speed electrically erasable and reprogrammable Flash memory IC chip. It is designed for applications that require in-system or after-sale code updates. The memory can be fully erased within 0.5 seconds. The RA9034Y is pin and read timing compatible with standard EPROM and EEPROM devices. Programming and erase operations are performed using an operation and verify algorithm. The device is manufactured using Catalyst's advanced CMOS floating gate technology and can endure 100,000 program/erase cycles with a data retention of 10 years. It is available in JEDEC approved 32-pin plastic DIP, 32-pin PLCC, or 32-pin TSOP packages.
