The AD9838ACPZ is a low power Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) device that is capable of producing high performance sine and triangular outputs. It also has an on-board comparator for generating a square wave for clock generation. With a power consumption of only 11 mW at 2.3 V, this component is an ideal choice for power-sensitive applications.
