It offers enhanced power MOSFET immunity to single event effects (SEE), particularly single event gate rupture (SEGR). With a total dose hardness of 100K RADS, this MOSFET is highly suitable for harsh space environments without sacrificing dose rate and neutron tolerance required for military applications.
