Description
The AD9914BCPZ is a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) with a 12-bit DAC. This electronic component is capable of generating an analog output sinusoidal waveform at frequencies up to 1.4 GHz, enabling fast frequency hopping and fine tuning resolution with the programmable modulus mode. Fast phase and amplitude hopping capability is also available. It features a high speed, 32-bit parallel data input port that enables fast reprogramming of the phase, frequency, and amplitude tuning words. The AD9914BCPZ is designed to operate over the extended industrial temperature range.
