Samsung's S3C4510B01-QERO is a cost-effective, high-performance 16/32-bit RISC microcontroller designed for Ethernet-based systems. It features an integrated Ethernet controller, making it suitable for use in managed communication hubs and routers. The S3C4510B01-QERO is built around the 16/32-bit ARM7TDMI RISC processor, a low-power, general-purpose microprocessor macro-cell developed by Advanced RISC Machines, Ltd. Its simple and fully static design is ideal for cost-sensitive and power-sensitive applications. The microcontroller offers a configurable 8K-byte unified cache/SRAM and an Ethernet controller, reducing the total system cost. It includes important peripheral functions such as HDLC channels, UART channels, GDMA, timers, and programmable I/O ports. The on-board logic consists of an interrupt controller, DRAM/SDRAM controller, and a controller for ROM/SRAM and flash memory. The System Manager includes an internal 32-bit system bus arbiter and an external memory controller.
