Description
VIPer50R, a model of electronic component in the product category of IC Chips, is made using VIPower M0 Technology. It integrates a state-of-the-art PWM circuit and an optimized high voltage avalanche rugged Vertical Power MOSFET (620V or 700V / 1.5A) on the same silicon chip. It is suitable for off-line power supplies, with a secondary power capability of 25W in wide range condition and 50W in single range or with doubler configuration. Despite using around 50% fewer components compared with a discrete solution, it is compatible with both primary or secondary regulation loop. Additionally, VIPer50R features burst mode operation, enabling it to operate in standby mode without extra components.
