Maxwell Technologies' RPF88162B#TB is a type of radiation-hardened operational amplifier packaged using RAD-PAK® technology. It offers a total dose hardness greater than 100 krad (Si), depending on the space mission. The RPF88162B#TB is designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages, featuring operation from split power supplies. The low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

- Low input biasing current: 45 nA
- Low input offset voltage and current: 2mV, 5nA
- Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
