Description
The TPS62140RGTT is a synchronous step-down DC-to-DC converter that is suitable for high power density applications. Its high switching frequency of 2.5MHz makes it possible to use small inductors and provides fast transient response through the use of DCS-Control™ topology. The device has an input voltage range of 3 to 17V and supports up to 2A of continuous output current at output voltages between 0.9V and 6V (with 100% duty-cycle mode). It can be used as either a standalone power supply or in tracking configurations. The device has a quiescent current of about 17µA from VIN in power save mode.
