The E28F640C3B80 is an Intel Advanced+ Boot Block Flash Memory (C3) device that offers high-performance asynchronous reads in package-compatible densities with a 16-bit data bus. It features individually-erasable memory blocks that are optimally sized for code and data storage. The device also includes eight 4 Kword parameter blocks located in the boot block, as well as 32 Kword main blocks in the memory array.
