The KGF1254-AT1 is a medium-power amplifier, designed for frequencies ranging from the UHF-band to the L-band. It offers high output power, low noise, and operates with low current. The KGF1254-AT1 is equipped with a fixed matching circuit for 5.2 V and 850 MHz, and it also requires external impedance-matching circuits. This model is particularly suitable as a transmitter-driver amplifier for personal handy phones. Additionally, the KGF1254-AT1 is similar to the KGF1254B but with slightly different S Parameters. However, it still meets the specifications of the KGF1254B when using the same matching circuits.
