The LM4041DQDBZRG4 is a precision micro-power voltage reference with an output of 1.225V. It is designed with a bandgap circuit and is available in small surface mount packages, namely SOT23 and SC70-5. These compact packages make it suitable for applications where space-saving is crucial. The device is offered in two grades, 0.5% C grade and 1% D grade, ensuring precision for various applications. Its performance remains consistent across an operating current range of 60µA to 12mA, with a low temperature coefficient of only 20ppm/°C.
