Description

The ADP3190AJRUZ-RL is a highly efficient, multiphase, synchronous buck switching regulator controller designed for converting a 5V or 12V main supply into the core supply voltage required by high-performance Intel processors. It utilizes an internal 6-bit DAC to read a voltage identification (VID) code directly from the processor, allowing for the output voltage to be set between 0.8375V and 1.6V. This device employs a multimode PWM architecture which enables it to drive logic-level outputs at a programmable switching frequency, optimizing VR size and efficiency. Additionally, the ADP3190AJRUZ-RL offers 2-, 3-, or 4-phase operation options for constructing up to four complementary buck switching stages.
