Description
The RH5VT16AA-T is a voltage detector IC designed by the CMOS process. It is widely used for system reset due to its high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current. With ultra-low supply current and the ability to operate at an extremely low voltage, this IC is appropriate for various applications. The package comes in three types: TO-92, SOT-89 (Mini-power Mold), SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold).
Specifications and features
The RH5VT16AA-T features ultra-low supply current of 0.8µA (VDD=1.5V) and can operate within the broad operating voltage range of 0.7V to 10.0V. It provides a stepwise setting with a step of 0.1V within the range of 0.9V to 6.0V, as specified in the selection guide. This IC is equipped with high accuracy detector threshold of ±2.5% and low temperature-drift coefficient of detector threshold(TYP. ±100ppm/˚C). It comes in two output types: Nch Open Drain and CMOS.
Application Scenarios
The RH5VT16AA-T can be used for CPU & Logic Circuit Reset, Battery Checker, Window Comparator, Wave Shaping Circuit, Battery Back-Up Circuit, and Power Failure Detector.
