Description
SC2442ITS is a high performance dual buck converter controller designed for efficient synchronous buck applications. It features synchronized operation to prevent beat frequencies and reduced input ripple. The controller is capable of output down to 0.75V and has a wide input range of 4.75 to 30V. It also includes over current protection and a Vcc regulator with an external PNP transistor. The SC2442ITS operates at a temperature range of -40 to +125 Deg C and comes in a small package TSSOP-24. It is fully WEEE and RoHS compliant.
