The EM78P153SN is an IC chip belonging to the 8-bit microprocessor family designed with low-power and high-speed CMOS technology. It has an Electrical One Time Programmable Read Only Memory (OTP-ROM) with a capacity of 1024*13-bits. The OTP memory is secured with a PROTECTION bit to prevent intrusion of the user’s code, and it has 15 OPTION bits to match user's needs in terms of configuration.
