The Electronic Component Model 4013BAP is a type of IC chip used in electronic circuits. It is a dual D-type flip flop that contains two independent circuits. The chip is designed to transfer the input level applied to the DATA input to the Q and Q output when triggered by a rising edge of the clock pulse. It has SET and RESET inputs that control the states of the outputs. When the SET input is set to "H" and the RESET input is set to "L", the outputs become Q = "H" and Q = "L". Conversely, when the RESET input is set to "H" and the SET input is set to "L", the outputs become Q = "L" and Q = "H". When both the RESET input and SET input are set to "H", the outputs become Q = "H" and Q = "H".
