Description
The RURG1520CC is a diode array commonly used in switching power supplies and other power switching applications. It is an ultrafast dual diode with soft recovery characteristics, featuring low forward voltage drop, silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar construction, and a low stored charge. Its ultrafast recovery with soft recovery characteristic minimizes ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, reducing power loss in the switching transistors.
