The GF9926 is a high-performance multirate digital filter designed for various signal processing functions. It features a flexible and optimized architecture for multirate FIR filtering applications. With the ability to implement both symmetrical and asymmetrical filter structures, it offers versatility in signal processing tasks. The GF9926 consists of a 12-tap FIR filter with internal RAM that can store up to 108 individual filters, allowing for dynamic selection of filters through an externally controlled address bus. It supports a maximum computation and input/output data rate of 40 MHz, making it suitable for applications such as video rate conversion, high-performance FIR filters, adaptive digital filters, video encoding, and digital modulation.
