The 88AP300-BGK1 is an electronic component model in the IC Chips product category. It belongs to the DG181 thru DG191 series of analog gates, which consists of 2 or 4 N-channel junction-type field-effect transistors (JFET). These transistors are designed to function as electronic switches, controlled by low-level inputs (0.8V to 2V) through level-shifting drivers. The driver provides a faster turn-off speed compared to turn-on speed, enabling break-before-make action when switching between channels. In the ON state, the switches conduct current equally well in both directions, while in the OFF condition, they can block voltages up to 20V peak-to-peak. The switch-off input-output isolation is 50dB at 10MHz, thanks to the low output impedance of the FET-gate driving circuit.
