The M30622MG-A65FP is a single-chip microcomputer from the M16C/62 Group. It is built using a high-performance silicon gate CMOS process and features a M16C/60 Series CPU core. This microcomputer is packaged in a 100-pin plastic molded QFP. It is designed with a 1M byte address space and capable of executing instructions at high speed. The M30622MG-A65FP is suitable for controlling office, communications, industrial equipment, and other high-speed processing applications. It is a versatile microcomputer with different internal memory types, sizes, and package options.
