Description
The BP5220A, BP5221A, BP5222A are DC/DC converters that utilize a pulse width modulation (PWM) system. These converters consist of control circuits, switching devices, rectifiers, and coils. They function by simply connecting an I/O smoothing capacitor and do not require a heat sink. With their high power conversion efficiency, they are available in stand-alone 9-pin SIP packages.
