The ACPM-7881 is a fully matched, high-performance power amplifier module designed for use in CDMA and WCDMA cell phone applications. This power amplifier module operates in the 2110-2170MHz bandwidth and provides excellent linearity, high efficiency, and 3-mode power control. Measuring just 4mmx4mm, the module is compact and incorporates input and output matching networks.
