Description
The HCPL0738 is an optocoupler in the HCPL06XX series. It consists of an AlGaAS LED, optically coupled to a high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate with a strobable output. This single-channel device is housed in a compact small-outline package. The output of the HCPL0738 is an open collector, allowing for wired OR outputs. It is designed for applications requiring very high-speed data transmission and offers superior common-mode rejection. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a fan-out of 8. The HCPL0738 also features an internal noise shield for improved performance.
