The MC-7862 is a GaAs hybrid integrated circuit designed for CATV applications up to 860 MHz. With a minimum gain of 18.5 dB at 860 MHz, this unit provides lower distortion and noise figure compared to other devices. It offers performance advantages with 10 to 20% less DC input power. The reliability of the MC-7862 is ensured by NEC's strict quality and process control procedures.
