The MAX4618CPE+T is an electronic component model belonging to the Analog Switches/Multiplexers product category. It is a high-speed, low voltage, CMOS analog IC that can be configured as either an 8-channel multiplexer, two 4-channel multiplexers, or three single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switches.
With a single supply voltage of +2V to +5.5V, this device can handle Rail-to-Rail® analog signals. It has a fast switching time of 15ns tON and 10ns tOFF. The MAX4618CPE+T is pin compatible with industry-standard devices such as 74HC4051/74HC4052/74HC4053 and MAX4581/MAX4582/MAX4583.
It guarantees a maximum on-resistance of 10Ω (+5V supply) and 20Ω (+3V supply), with a 1Ω on-resistance match between channels when using a single +5V supply. The off-leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +85°C. It operates at a low distortion of less than 0.017% (600Ω) and has low crosstalk and high off-isolation.
