The 29-125 is a high-power, internally matched, common base bipolar transistor designed for S-band radar applications. It is capable of providing 125 Watts of pulsed RF output power at a pulse width of 100µs and a duty factor of 10% across the 2700 to 2900 MHz band. The transistor has been optimized using Pulsed Automated Load Pull for better performance. It features gold metallization and emitter ballasting for high reliability and ruggedness.
