Intel’s TP28F512-120 is a CMOS flash memory chip that offers a cost-effective and reliable alternative for read/write random access nonvolatile memory. It is an upgrade to the EPROM technology and provides the flexibility to rewrite memory contents in various scenarios, including test sockets, PROM-programmer sockets, subassembly test, final test, and post-sale. The TP28F512-120 contributes to time and cost-savings while increasing memory flexibility.
