  • Description

    The ACPL-M61U is an Avago ultra-low power digital optocoupler that combines an AlGaAs light-emitting diode (LED) and a high-gain photodetector. It falls under the product category of optocouplers with logic output. This optocoupler has low power consumption, at a maximum of 1.3mA IDD current per channel across temperature, and a forward LED current as low as 1.6 mA, allowing most microprocessors to directly drive the LED.

    • Wide package selection: SO-5, SO-8, stretched SO-6 and stretched SO-8
