Description

The AP1501A50 is a kind of monolithic ICs belonging to the AP1501A series, which are primarily used for a step-down DC/DC converter. With the ability to drive a 5A load without additional components, it significantly reduces the number of external components required, and therefore, space on the board can be easily saved. Moreover, the external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode.
