Description
The SFH618A (DIP) and SFH6186 (SMD) are electronic component models used for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits. These couplers are designed to have a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. They come with a GaAs infrared diode emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, and incorporated in a plastic DIP-4 or SMD package. With a leakage and clearance distance of > 8.0 mm, option 6 complies with IEC 60950 (DIN VDE 0805) for reinforced insulation up to an operation voltage of 400 VRMS or DC.
