Description
The RH5RH301A-T1-FB is a part of the RH5RH series, which is a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) step up DC/DC converter integrated circuit (IC) made with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology. The RH5RH301A-T1-FB IC includes an oscillator, a PWM control circuit, a driver transistor, a reference voltage unit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, resistors for voltage detection, a soft-start circuit, and an Lx switch protection circuit. This converter IC requires an inductor, a diode, and a capacitor to construct a low ripple, high-efficiency step-up DC/DC converter.
