Description
CS5181-9557 is a high-speed ∆Σ analog-to-digital converter, designed to provide a fully calibrated output word rate (OWR) of 625 kSamples/second. It features a 5th order ∆Σ modulator, a decimation filter, and a serial interface. The chip can be powered using either the on-chip 2.375 V voltage reference or an external 2.5 V reference. Its input voltage range is 1.6 × VREFIN Vpp fully differential.
